What we do

BPEA provides both investment and advisory services to institutions and families who are interested in structuring, building, and executing world-class private equity and venture capital investment programs.

For families we offer a unique investment program whose predecessor, the Brooke Family Limited Partnership, was the primary investment vehicle for the Brooke family for its allocation to the private equity and venture capital sectors. In 2003 this partnership was expanded to include for the first time additional outside families. The goal of the program is to deliver long term capital gains while maintaining a moderate risk level.

For institutions we provide focused advisory services regarding specific portfolio or implementation related issues. These issues can range from developing specialized regional development programs that certain institutions are interested in pursuing, to designing and implementing niche investment vehicles such as emerging manager, sector specific or regionally targeted programs.
