Brooke Private Equity Associates has two lines of business: private equity funds-of-funds and customized programs. All of BPEA’s funds and programs have a direct co-investment component which adds diversity, liquidity, and increases the potential for higher returns.
- Funds-of-Funds
- Brooke Private Equity Associates builds focused funds-of-funds that provide exposure to areas of the market that we believe are difficult to invest in, yet have the potential to drive superior returns. Our areas of expertise include small buyout and growth funds as well as health care and life sciences focused opportunities.
- Customized Programs
- BPEA’s flexible capabilities, deep experience, industry knowledge and broad network of relationships allow us to build customized programs to help investors meet their long term investment goals.
- Direct Co-investments
- The principals of BPEA are experienced direct investors as well as fund investors. Direct co-investments are an important part of all BPEA programs. Co-investments enhance returns, produce earlier liquidity, and mitigate the fee drag typically associated with funds-of-funds.
