Rita Herrera

Analyst

Ms. Herrera works as a consultant at BPEA focusing on macro-analysis as well as analysis and due diligence of fund and direct co-investment opportunities.

Prior to joining BPEA, Ms. Herrera was responsible for investor management and business development at PE Investments, a global-macro hedge fund with over $200 million under management. Ms. Herrera currently serves on the Board of Directors of Dimension Capital Management, a private investment advisory and portfolio management firm, serving families in Latin America.

Ms. Herrera first worked for an international coffee export/trading firm based in Guatemala, where her responsibilities included business development, client account management, and treasury management. She then led new product development and sales strategy for a venture funded start-up in the Boston area from 1999-2001.

Ms. Herrera received her graduate degree from Harvard Business School in 1998 and a bachelor’s degree in management from Franklin & Marshall College.
